General provisions
This Deposit Policy governs funds placed into a Un777 account and forms part of Un777’s Terms and Conditions. Un777 may amend this policy at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Deposits must be made from funds owned by the User and linked to the User’s account. The User represents that the deposited funds are lawful and may be subject to verification. Un777 reserves the right to request information or documentation to verify source of funds and identity. Deposits initiated through prohibited channels or from third parties may be blocked, reversed, or otherwise declined. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited to the User’s account.
Deposit methods and limits
- Minimum deposit: €25 or the equivalent in the account’s base currency. Some jurisdictions or payment methods may impose different minimums; current minimums are published on the deposit page.
- Maximum per deposit: The amount per transaction varies by payment method and jurisdiction. Current limits are published on the deposit page and may differ by country and method.
- Accepted payment methods: Deposits can be made using supported debit/credit cards and electronic wallets listed in the deposit section. Cash or cheques are not accepted by Un777.
- Currency handling: Deposits are processed in fiat currencies accepted by Un777. If the payment account currency differs from the User’s account currency, the payment provider will convert the funds before credit. Un777 is not responsible for conversion rates or fees charged by the provider.
- Origin and ownership of funds: Deposits must originate from the User’s own funds. The name on the payment instrument must match the name registered on the Un777 account. Deposits from third parties or using funds not owned by the User are prohibited.
- KYC and source-of-funds checks: Un777 may perform know-your-customer and source-of-funds verification prior to crediting deposits or before allowing withdrawals. Additional documentation may be requested at any time to satisfy compliance requirements.
- Promotions and bonuses: Deposits may be eligible for promotions or bonuses in accordance with current terms and conditions. Bonus eligibility and wagering requirements apply as published in the promotions terms.
Depositing flow and crediting time
- Access the deposit section after logging into the Un777 account and choose the Deposit option.
- Select a payment method from those available for the User’s jurisdiction and currency.
- Enter the deposit amount, ensuring it is at least the minimum (and does not exceed the per-transaction maximum for the chosen method).
- Complete any required authentication or verification steps mandated by the payment provider or Un777.
- Submit the deposit. Funds are credited to the User’s Un777 account within a reasonable time following payment confirmation, subject to any additional verification that may be required.
If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time after confirmation, the User should contact Un777 support. Un777 reserves the right to request further information and to suspend or reverse deposits if compliance demands are not met.
Compliance, verification and security
Un777 may perform enhanced verification procedures at any stage of the deposit process. The User must provide accurate information and cooperate with requests for documentation. The deposit method’s name must correspond to the User’s registered account information. All deposit data is processed securely in accordance with Un777’s privacy and data-protection standards and applicable laws. Un777 may take measures to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and other illegal activity, including blocking deposits or granting access to funds only after successful verification.
Post-deposit issues and support
In cases of deposit errors, suspected fraud, or other irregularities, Un777 reserves the right to investigate and to take appropriate corrective action, including reversing deposits or restricting account activity as permitted by law and policy.
